Sugar again

Well, the title sounds like a big no-no for most people in the coffee scene. Typically fine specialty coffee is enjoyed without sugar. Even more it seems to be a capital sin to add some sugar to his beloved beverage.

If someone asks me what drove me into the third coffee wave, my answer would probably be my habit of relaxing and having fine coffee at coffeeshops. Since the first Starbucks opened in my hometown I loved to have coffee in that new form of coffeeshop and I sucked the atmosphere. It was always hard for me to describe that feeling or rather that habit to others.
